Ready for another unforgettable edition of Museum Night? Head to the Wintercircus for the very first exclusive sneak peek of our new collection presentation!

The time has come! On 4 December, you will be able to catch your first glimpse of our new permanent collection. We are continuing to build on Lost in diffusion. The project by artist and coder Kasper Jordaens is an attempt to better understand the role of algorithms and AI models in relation to a museum collection. Commissioned by Design Museum Gent, he developed a creative code that converts our collection data into images during a unique algorave.

The Wintercircus will also reopen its doors to its 38 tech start-ups. Stroll through the corridors of the former city circus (and car park) and discover the latest innovations in the world of technology.

In short: a party where both the music and the visualisation of our collection are coded live by various “algoravers”!
